Disclosure: I pay for HeyCatch like any other customer. Nobody paid for this post. HeyCatch has also offered to feature AI Influencer Suite on their site, which I’m mentioning here so you have the full picture.

Here’s something a little funny. I run AI Influencer Suite, a platform that helps creators make content with AI. And for the last month, a lot of what went out on my own accounts was made and posted by someone else’s tool.

That tool is HeyCatch. I’m writing about it because it solved a problem most solo founders have and don’t like saying out loud: building the product is the fun part. Getting anyone to see it is the hard part.

The problem: you can build it, but can people find it?

When you’re a one-person company, every hour you spend on marketing is an hour not spent on the product. For me it’s worse, because I build and run AI Influencer Suite from my phone. Growth work kept falling to the bottom of the list.

I didn’t need another dashboard to check. I needed something that would do some of the work for me, and then tell me what to fix.

What HeyCatch actually does

HeyCatch isn’t a single-feature tool. It’s more like a small growth team for a software company. Here’s what I use:

1. It makes and posts content for you

HeyCatch creates short videos and slideshows and publishes them to your social accounts on a schedule. You set it up once and it keeps going.

Over the last 30 days, HeyCatch’s own report showed 119 posts and 33,297 views across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. That’s from a founder who was mostly too busy to post by hand.

Recent updates let you edit the text on your videos (position, font, size, color) and set your own hashtags for each platform.

2. It finds conversations worth joining

Every day, HeyCatch sends me a short list of Reddit and X threads where people are asking about things my product helps with. Instead of searching for places to show up, I get a queue of real conversations where a helpful reply could get me noticed.

This one matters more than it sounds. Posting your own content is broadcasting. Answering someone’s actual question is how people start to trust you.

3. It audits your site and social accounts

HeyCatch scans your website and your social profiles and gives you specific suggestions for improving them. Not generic “post more” advice, but things tied to what it actually found.

4. It tracks what your users do

HeyCatch includes analytics you install on your own site. Before I added it, I could only see users who generated content. Anyone who signed in, looked around and left without making something was invisible to me. Now I can see those sessions too.

They also just launched an AI chat where you can ask questions about your data in plain English, like “how many sessions last week” or “who’s my most active user,” and it shows which numbers it used to answer.

The part I didn’t expect: learning about AI visibility

The biggest thing HeyCatch gave me wasn’t a feature. It was an education.

Through HeyCatch’s audits I learned about AI visibility: whether tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity know your business exists and mention it when someone asks for a recommendation. More and more people ask an AI assistant instead of typing into Google. If those assistants have never heard of you, you’re missing out on a growing share of people looking for what you sell.

My first site audit, on August 11, gave aiinfluencersuite.tech a 56 out of 100. It was fair. It said my product story and how well I describe my customers’ problems were strong, but it pointed at three gaps I hadn’t noticed:

  • No proof anyone uses it. No user count, no reviews, no testimonials. It called this the single biggest reason visitors don’t sign up.
  • No comparison pages. People search for “X vs Y” when they’re deciding between tools, and I had nothing for them to land on.
  • Weak signals for AI tools. My site was missing the kind of structured information, like a FAQ, that helps search engines and AI assistants understand what the product is and when to recommend it.

So I got to work. I added two customer testimonials, a Stripe payment badge and a note on how we handle your data. I built comparison pages against HeyGen and Captions, showed how our pricing stacks up against paying for separate tools, and added the files and structured data that help AI assistants read the site.

When I re-ran the audit a month later, the score went from 56 to 75. It still has notes for me, like more proof and a clearer first headline, but now I know exactly what to work on next.

For a small company, this is a big deal. You can’t outspend big brands on ads, but you can make your site clear enough and your presence consistent enough that AI tools understand what you do.

The support was human, too

One more thing. In late August I emailed asking to cancel and get a refund. The charge landed at a bad time, and I told them I hadn’t been using it.

Instead of just processing it, their support team looked at my account first. They pointed out that since my email, new videos had been approved, I’d connected Facebook, and posts were going out across four platforms. They asked whether I still wanted to cancel, gave me a clear no-pressure option to do it anyway, and let me choose.

I kept it. Then they told me that if the timing was ever awkward again, I should reach out before the renewal and they’d work with me. A lot of companies just ignore a cancel request, or make you fight through one. This told me the people behind HeyCatch care whether it’s actually working for you.

Who HeyCatch is for

  • Solo founders and small SaaS teams who know they need to market but don’t have the time
  • Anyone launching a product who needs to show up in the places their customers already hang out
  • Founders who want to be found by AI assistants, not just by Google

If you’re building something and struggling to get seen, it’s worth a look: HeyCatch.

Where AI Influencer Suite fits

HeyCatch helps software companies grow. AI Influencer Suite helps creators and personal brands make the content itself: images and videos of you (or an avatar you design), plus scripts, captions, hashtags and a content calendar, with no camera or crew needed.

If you’re a creator, coach or faceless-content builder who wants to post consistently without a production team, you can start free.
